The Card Players, Cézanne

Paul Cézanne painted a variety of scenes similar to The Card Players, character sketches, and different gaming rooms during his career. This particular painting, the final version, became known as the world's most expensive painting, reaching 250 million dollars in 2011. Those familiar with Cézanne's work know that this painting represents one of his most elaborate compositions, with artist's sketches and all sorts of figure and color tests. It is currently not on public display and belongs to the royal family of Qatar.
