Titled work "Boreas", painted in 1903 by John William Waterhouse. It is one of the most famous Pre-Raphaelite works. Although the painter was not strictly a member of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood (an English group of artists), experts acknowledge that this painting embodies the aesthetic and spirit of the movement. It was described by the Royal Academy of London with the following words: "Clad in deep blue-black fabric, and buffeted by the wind, a young woman moves through a spring landscape, marked by pink flowers and daffodils".
It currently belongs to a private collection.
