Shipping, Rates and Locations

Shipments of paintings to Canada are dispatched from Boston, USA.

Shipping is free for orders over $550 (equivalent in CAD). For orders below this amount, the shipping cost from the USA to Canada is $69.

We ship with the following carriers: FedEx and DHL.

The estimated shipping time for paintings in the in stock and original sections is 24 to 48 hours, with an additional approximately 12 days of transit for countries outside of Europe. Other oil paintings are shipped in 6 to 8 weeks from the order.

To gift someone, immediately after the purchase you can request your purchase certificate (learn more).

Please note that the paintings from Artwork-Vault are fine works painted 100% by hand and require appropriate drying time (see quality). That is why, sometimes, the process may seem long. To ease your wait, we will keep you informed about the progress of the process, from the beginning to the shipment.
